With 20 years of hands-on experience across both accountancy practice and in-house finance roles, I’ve worked with a whole host of businesses, from sole traders just starting out to more complex, multi-entity structures.

Unlike many accountants who either follow the practice or the industry route, my experience spans the full financial picture. I’ve worked in practice preparing accounts, overseeing client portfolios. I’ve also spent over 10 years as a Finance Manager within a wholesale business, responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function, setting up finance processes and procedures, management reporting, cash flow, and supporting business decisions.

Alongside this, I’ve consistently helped improve how businesses operate financially, cleaned up messy books, introducing more efficient systems, streamlining processes, and used detailed costing analysis to support better decision-making and profitability.
